When you send our enquiry form, Plugins Factory receives your name, email address, optional company name, message, selected product and the page you sent it from. We use these details to respond to your request and track the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Cloudflare processes the request and performs a Turnstile spam check. We store your enquiry in Twenty CRM. Our private Slack channel receives the enquiry’s status and a link to its CRM record; the notification does not include the message or email address. Replies are handled through our Google Workspace email.
We do not send form contents, names or email addresses to Google Analytics or PostHog. If you have accepted analytics, we record that a submission succeeded, along with the selected product and form placement. Optional analytics are not required to send an enquiry.
Enquiry records remain available for follow-up until we remove them during manual review or in response to a deletion request. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact info@plugins-factory.com. Please do not include passwords, access tokens or customer data in the form.
